A preview of the forthcoming album "Drink Of The Wilderness" by The Kalman Filter - a new electronica project from Andy Tillison (The Tangent). The music is inspired by the valley of Upper Nidderdale and the dams that still work there day to day. The video is necessarily of low quality as the 1930s newsreel source is exceptionally small and low resolution. The CD is available from www.thetangent.org

Andy Tillison of The Tangent joins in with some live news footage from the internet. The music curiously resembles something from The Tangent's new album called "A Few Steps Down The Wrong Road" and also resembles a bit of Pink Floyd too but so what?. The new album is called The Slow Rust Of Forgotten Machinery, it's out on the 21st of July and does not feature the 100,000 massed voices in the video. Song in reaction to the massacres at three concerts in France, England and the USA. This live performance was recorded in New Jersey USA by the European prog collaboration TANGEKANIC - a band featuring memebers of both The Tangent and Karmakanic.
